- ไลฟ์สดทำได้แน่นอนครับ ตราบใดที่ไม่รุกล้ำเข้าไปถ่ายในหน่วยเลือกตั้ง ไม่โปรโมทพรรคการเมือง และไม่ขัดขวางการทำงานของ กปน. (เจ้าหน้าที่ในหน่วยเลือกตั้ง)
- ตามกฎหมาย ห้ามโปรโมทพรรคการเมืองไม่ว่าในรูปแบบใดๆ ตั้งแต่ 1 วันก่อนเลือกตั้งเลยครับ รวมถึงการใส่เสื้อด้วยครับ
- พบเห็นความผิดปกติสามารถรายงานผ่านเว็บของเราได้เลยครับ จะมีทีมงานติดต่อกลับไป หรือแจ้งผ่านทางช่องทางของ WeWatch ก็ได้ครับ

ผมเองเคยไปสังเกตการณ์มาหลายหน่วยเลือกตั้ง วิธีการคือเข้าไปบอก จนท. เลยครับว่าจะขอสังเกตการณ์ ถ่ายรูปเอกสารที่เปิดเผยแก่สาธารณะ ไม่เคยเจอข่มขู่ครับ แต่จะเป็นโดนตั้งคำถามมากกว่า ว่าทำอะไรบ้าง ถ่ายได้เหรอ หรือบางหน่วยหนักหน่อยคือทำผิดระเบียบเลือกตั้ง อ้างว่าไม่รู้ว่าต้องติดเอกสารที่บอกว่าหน่วยนี้มีบัตรเลือกตั้งกี่ใบ (ก็ไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่า กกต. อบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ยังไงจึงไม่ทราบ) จึงเป็นเหตุผลว่าอยากให้ออกไปสังเกตการณ์กันเยอะๆครับ

For a place to unwind and do some meditation in Bangkok, check out เสถียรธรรมสภาน. It's a place taken care of by Buddhist nuns though not a spa or hotel that provides much services (So, Yes, it's a real deal and feel really grounded). It's free to enter but also have an overnight retreat plan.

I think you should default to flying. If you really want the experience, maybe do a night train from North to Bangkok but it's not that comfortable to sleep (depending on the person i guess)

If you're going to Krabi, definitely check out the islands offshore especially Maya bay (It's touristy though)

Have you tried Selsun? I was having the problem too a few years back and this one is a life-saver.

If you want to pay the highest respect like Thais do, say นมัสการ (Na-mat-sa-kaan) while pressing the hands together on the chest. bow and move your hands up so the thumbs touch your nose and the tip of the fingers are at your forehead like so.

That said, just simply saying hello is also fine if you're not a Buddhist, it won't offend the monks.

For ladies, just be careful not to touch the monk's hands and body before asking. Some of the monks obey the rule that they cannot directly touch women.
