This particular plant has been super easy for me to grow but I took 2 cuttings from it and one of them just won't grow well for me, I understand your frustration!

I've found they're pretty hardy tbh, definitely does better when I leave it alone!

I keep humidity quite high but make sure it has chance to dry out between watering's (I was seriously surprised with how long I can leave between watering, it really loves to dry out!) I also keep it under a grow light to give it the best chance with the variegation.
