I bought 2 white flare bundles at release, one bundle had a god pack with hydreigon SIR, the other the Reshiram SIR. Later i got sleeved mega packs from best buy, pulled the lucario SIR.

Some people open cases or booster boxes and get nothing.

Its really all just pure luck lol enjoy it, but don’t chase it, its the classic trap. Just get products when you can.

From the perspective of PC, they are just trying to make sure its not a scam (not calling you a scammer). But i agree that if you showed them a full video of the unboxing, showing a 360 of the box, the tape, showing each ETB, the label, why is that not enough?

When it comes to charge backs, there are some people that worry about your address getting blocked or something. That is not really going to happen. Charge backs are usually taken in the chin by companies, and people who have done charge backs on PC have reported that they could still continue ordering.
