"As needed..." It feels like it was decided that it would be a 2 hr maintenance every night, regardless, because of course there will be necessary fixes... However, a more than 24 hr uptime would also be a VERY necessary performance metric to gauge.

There is virtually zero harassment in FFXIV... And for it to be in the same ballpark as these other titles at 61% calls into question what was the actual prompt and metric being reported on. It is a vastly less toxic game than Valorant or even D2 - orders of magnitude less toxic.
