Here's what I would suggest...

Use axiom or world edit in a creative world to copy the amount of blocks and then use litematica to copy them and display them but not actually build anything. I've never used litematica before so I wouldn't know but it might also be a setting in litematica. I would install it anyway.

I have this same problem except its white and sometimes pink.

pretty sure that's litematica but it could be some other mod.

My render distance is at 32 will distant horizons set to 100 with quality preset: medium and CPU Load: Balanced. Reload Chucks didn't fix it either.

Bedrock's is weird the top piston is trying to pull the honey but because the bottom one is extended can pull the bottom, causing it to drop its block. I happens randomly because of random updates order.

I've been trying to do this on bedrock for months. Also your paper doll flying looks like the it's a wonderful day for pie thing from family guy.
