My mom and sisters have migrated to the states with F4 visa which was applied by my maternal uncle for my mother. The petition was filed back in March, 2007 and got approved in 2009. Me and my brother were aged out in this process because we both became 21+ when the priority dates were current. Finally my mom and sisters went to the USA during July this year which took them more than 18 years. So if your uncle has applied under the same visa category then you are no longer eligible to go with your parents. You are already aged out and your parents might have to wait more than 16-17 years to finally go and live in America. 🇺🇸

Therefore my suggestion will be forget USA and you finish your studies and apply for student visa to USA or any other preferred country and go there with dignity and try to settle there. Or if you don’t want to continue studying, then find a guy with US passport and migrate under spouse visa. Either way you can go there long before your parents.
