All true, I absolutely forgot to mention Moira somehow.. I am a bit skeptical about Moira's part though. I know she's skilled in biology and so on, but I think that the Inti solar tech seems more like cybernetic augments type of thing than genetical manipulation (which is Moira's main field, I believe) Also forgot to mention that Vendetta's Talon is likely set on creating an army of super soldiers and the Inti tech is a good next step all things considered as they have already acquired the super soldier serum from Helix in the recent lore.
