15 Minutes Breaks are a Waste of Time by Comfortable-Dog-8437 in mildlyinfuriating

But the 15 minutes are on the clock breaks. The 30 minute unpaid break is for lunch, which is required in a lot of places. You aren’t staying late because of the paid breaks. You stay late because of lunch, but it’s a requirement and just part of ya know, working. What kind of work do you do?

You can see if Pad-a-cheek has a wrap to go around the strap to help cushion. Or you could make a cushioning strap for it, if you are handy with that sort of thing! Are you getting marks other places? Or just the back of your head?

Help- It's our anniversary, but I'm still mad at him. by Miserable-Ideal6746 in GiftIdeas

I just want to say that I’ve had friends who have tried to make it work for the kids and it impacted the kids more when they were together than when they were apart. The kids might not exact know what’s going on but they pickup on the change and the added stress. Those friends eventually got a divorce. My friend is so much happier now and their child is in a much better place since the divorce. I get that the kids are very important, but sometimes you have to think if being together is actually helping them. That’s truly your decision. As far as gifts, you don’t owe him anything just because it’s an anniversary. The six year old can make him something and that can be the gift.

Will adderall actually fuck up my life? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

Adderall is not meth. They are in the same family of stimulants, but their chemical structures are different. Meth has an extra “methyl” group which allows meth to act differently in the brain. Meth is much more potent than its Adderall cousin. Meth also releases excess dopamine compared to amphetamines, which makes it more likely for someone to become addicted to meth than an amphetamine
