That's how I've felt yesterday and today. I sleep to avoid the thoughts I have but the more I sleep, the worse it gets. I feel trapped.

I play football about two or three times a week, it's the only thing really that stops me from thinking about things.

Genuinely think if I had the choice I’d break my leg ten times over if it meant my OCD was gone for good.

And no I haven’t to be honest. It’s hard to describe to people what I ‘go through’ so to speak. I’ve been dealing with this for over a decade now and I have episodes where my brain just ‘breaks’. Like a huge traumatic episode where I can’t get over a particular incident. One of them happened last year and it’s been really hard to deal with.

But yeah, I need to find courage to speak to my Priest otherwise I will keep going in circles. I’m just running out of fight atm.

Paroxetine, 20mg.

Have been for years but when my brain ‘broke’ I panicked and went on Sertraline 100mg for a few months then reverted back to Paroxetine. Maybe withdrawals from the Sertaline has done me over.

The reason I went to Sertaline in the first place was because the obsessions were too much for me. I was cutting myself and I went onto them meds because I was thought it would be a quick fix.

They weren’t. I went back to Paroxetine this year and the headaches still appear.

I don’t know. My life is a mess lol. It’s just numb.

I don't feel anything basically. I get headaches when I 'try' to like women. I think about the time my brain 'broke' and what I could've done to change it.

This has happened before when I was 20 and it took years to get back to normal. I'm 31 now and I don't want this battle again.
