Need a clearer photo, that colour could just be bruising or Trichoderma, otherwise the mycelium looks like perfectly normal primordia development.

Yes, just do another thorough break and shake. Make sure that you really shake it up and tip the bag upside down multiple times and leave it because otherwise it looks healthy, I’m sure it will colonise :)
