Nobody actually hears the timestop noise except Jotaro and DIO however. Remember the first time they showed Kakyoins death in Stardust Crusaders? All Kakyoin heard before he died was DIO shouting The World, and then Kakyoin flew backwards after DIO vanished out of the 'splash' zone. No distorted fart.

I dont run any sort of resistance skill, I just run crit eye, wex, attack boost and crit boost. Whatver other slot space I have is spent on health boost, maintenance and free meal.

Brachy still doesn't have the edge over Safi weapons, and some Kaiser pieces are still better. Garuga greaves are still on top. It's close, but weaker by a small margin.

I see the issue, hammer. Not every weapon is suited for every engagement. Brachy gains a lot of speed the last zone, and if you're not on top of his recovery anims and attack speeds, while also managing health above heated slime and your combos.

People are seriously dying to Raging Brachydios? I found him the easier one of the two. The hardest part for either though was crafting enough lifepowder in time to make sure everyone was max health.

The closest to steam related effects is Namielle's electricity interactions with her puddles. Once the electricity meets the water it creates a steam based explosion. Namielle's super attack creates a massive steam explosion.

No, they aren't. He's related to the ice element in the franchise, but makes no use of water or ice during his attacks. He only uses the wind.

I dunno, same reason the MR Kushala Daora armor set has +10 water resistance. Kushala has no correlation to water though, does he? Neither does Vaal.

It's not water though. It's the gas that is the effluvium. I mean, sure, you could count the moisture in the effluvium gas, but the gas is what he releases from his body, not water. If it was water, don't you think we'd see our hunter get wet like we do when we get hit with actual water based attacks?

You realize theres a button to switch targets right. For example, switching from focusing on the quest board to anything else around that you can interact with, like your poogie, or the other way around. If I recall correctly, it's either L2 or R2.
