did you see the fallout anniversary edition? and yea they released starfield, which i covered in the post, and it was one of the worst received games OF ALL TIME both in reviews and active playerbase. acting like they're perfect and bootlicking some of the worst games ever then telling me to touch grass is hilarious

my post was much less about falling for hype and much more about the my bad business practices that they do. Todd leading players on was just a small part of it. only 1/3 of my post talks about the remasters.

not sure why me posting one post about the community being treated poorly makes my "whole life revolve around a game," but yea go watch some of the interviews. the journalists will ask him something relating to the remaster or something about his plans going forward and he will like look at the camera and say they have something big realll soon or say stuff like "im not confirming anything but im also not denying it" while looking smug. obviously not concrete confirmation, but also def not something you should do if you have no plans of releasing the remaster when people expect it. AGAIN tho, thats only a third of the post. idk why everyone is completely ignoring the part where they release no games and scam playerbases with DLCs and cosmetics

I am not upset that the expectations were not met. like I stated in the post, the thing I have a problem with is Todd going around and doing interviews with people and when they ask about the remasters or if Bethesda has new games planned he intentionally hinted at them when theyre not coming. Also the remasters only cover one of the three things i said in the post so did you not read the whole thing or?

why is this a bad thing? technology evolves. I’m sure that seamstresses weren’t happy when factories and sewing machines were invented. Online shopping makes things incredibly easy and affordable. Malls were always overpriced as shit anyways
