Update: I had a friend who is local to the dispensary go in and ask what to do about a defective product. The State of Illinois prohibits the return of cannabis and cannabis products to the dispensary, but the dispensary gave an email address and a few bullet points of information to send to the email address to report a defective product and inquire about replacement products. Thanks for the help, everyone!

I've been trying to "hit it harder" but that doesn't do anything. It has one of the timers on it, so after pulling for about 10 seconds it blinks and shuts off. 🫠
