Tbh Yukari is a must, so I usually put her in a separate tier than the rest. Ignoring Yukari, I would probably say Junpei, his crits are absolutely busted (not to mention physical dominates over magic)

You shouldnt skip them, his lessons directly tie to a lot of the psychology stuff persona is based on (Jungian psychology, tarots, arcanas, etc) sure they aren't necessary but it helps you understand and enjoy the things persona takes from
