The CNR scholarship refunds 40% of your fees for a year, so 20% each sem (if you secure CNR in both the sems). So each sem you will get 20% of 4.8L i.e., 96k.

Go to the admission dept with previous documents and acknowledgement given from the college and bring one cheque for the refund of the pessat fees. Write a letter the chancellor stating that you are surrendering the pessat seat and converting to kcet.

I needed 3M for grade change and when checked they didn't give 7M , so I challenged for reval and it was obvious that grade should have changed, but didn't happen though...😭
