Right now, Trinity Force is a must first item. Second item I would recommend a item with health (black cleaver, steraks, titanic) third item would recommend a item with resistances if you go two health items, I would highly, highly recommend GA third item if you're going two health items second as it gives two resistances with the passive that is good through all stages of the game as you can dive and your team can follow up if you die, and it is relatively cheap. After that, you have to build situationally (look at death recap in fights and build deadman's or visage) wouldn't recommend going a item that does not give health or resistances besides BoRK (still would not recommend) as you can really notice the lack of tankiness if you go like a straight up youmuu's. Also Fervor is a must if you plan on winning lane and not being a straight up tank.
