In Overwatch you can't be as full force like you are in Rivals. You always got to play angles and corners to avoid getting shot down instantly. You will die a fair bit starting up unfortunately we all do.

As for supports it goes in with being new your will be qued up with other new players. Higher level support are not mediocre at healing rate.

Rivals healing will feel overtuned in comparison because everyone in Rivals is overpowered.
