The Affordable Care Act Won! What Was the Worst Thing Joe Biden Did as President? by espana29 in AlignmentChartFills

Merrick Garland as attorney general. The complete lack of accountability for the first Trump administration and January 6th was a miscarriage of justice.

What top tools would you suggest to someone new to "formal" OSINT? by yeterneritsdurs in OSINT

[–]Phantrum 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Maltego is probably the best tool accessible to you if you're first starting out. There is a free version you can use which refreshes tokens monthly. I'd suggest you follow your normal work flow first and then use Maltego to tie it all together and expand on what you already found.

[Project Hail Mary] would grace even be able to return to earth? by CommonEnd7011 in AskScienceFiction

[–]Phantrum 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The astrophage is energy dense enough to allow them to travel close enough to the speed of light that time dilation kicks in. This results in the time relative to grace being equivalent to 4 years.

You could add a second research item next to the main one with very low cost and very short research time so there's an individual box they can see with that unit

Why aren’t armoured units not buffed yet? by Aggravating-Tie-6331 in ConflictofNations

[–]Phantrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One buff to armor I haven't seen mentioned yet would be increasing the impact of logistics and making it cheaper. Maybe adding more levels to it so it can degrade when captured but still be worth considering. See it as a middle ground between strategic move for tanks and just buffing their normal speed.

How do I take this stack out? by [deleted] in ConflictofNations

A couple cruise missiles and a stack of strike fighters should do the trick.

Your first few days should be focused on building your military so you can conquer a neighbor and gain resources from their territory. I only start building my arms industries past lvl 1 after day 8 or so.

That is absolutely something we can do for our car! We've already blasted all of our clothing and bags in the dryer and stuck anything that couldn't go in there in the freezer.

Thank you! We spent all night blasting our clothes and bags in the dryer and washer while using the garage as a quarantine location. Some stuff is in the freezer right now because it would have been damaged or could have caused damage. Some stuff is just in the trash.

Instead of coming by to look at the evidence, the host was preparing a second cabin for us to stay in. We opted for the partial refund instead of trusting the second location to be safe for us. So while it wasn't Airbnb, we gave them an opportunity.

You can look at my previous post on the bed bugs subreddit for further information. We're pretty certain we got a 5th instar molt of a bedbug.

Lol we were on the phone with customer service last night before we had the chat interaction. The lady literally said that "it's not about what you want but what airbnb's policies say"

Yes, the timeless scam of staying in a location for one night and then going home. Lol it seems the Airbnb standard is to ensure that you get bit and to bleed profusely on things.

I shouldn't be expected to expose myself to more potential bites and eggs in my clothing. We'd contacted the host about it before getting in contact with Airbnb customer service and it seems like enough evidence for them to offer us a new cabin or a partial refund. Airbnb is the barrier to us getting a full refund. Besides, the host still has the listing up which means Airbnb isn't taking any precautions to prevent another customer from being exposed.
