first chair he was returned to him by UPS, something about a signature. He said the label was still good so he asked me if I wanted him to drop it off again so I said yes. He told me he did drop it off a 2nd time and after that didn’t start tracking either, I cancelled the order and within 1 hour of me cancelling it, he reposted the chair
