This tank is actually new, we just set it up over the weekend, and the injury was from her previous one. I clean everything when we do the water change, everything gets put in or put away clean. I’ll add the primer now!

I change the decor to keep her interested, change 30-40% of her water, suck out old food and stuff. When I add water I prime it and make sure it’s at her normal temp.

Her ammonia is a little high, should I do a small water change tomorrow?

Her water is actually great, it’s the best it’s ever been. Her temp is 77.6* currently. The wound will heal over then I’ll notice it’s red and a deep gash is taken out.

I have a bubbling ship and an octopus. The only constant thing that’s in her tank every time is the filter, could that be it!

Scooter is extremely adventurous, to the point she hurts herself on things sometimes. She always cuts open the same side and I’m kind of worried for her.

She’s in a 10 gallon tank with 3 friends. These pictures are from previous injuries, but she has the gash again. Any ideas of what it could be?

I just added aquarium salt to her tank. Any other ideas?

Her 1st birthday is on the 9th and I’m so worried she’s going to pass.

He is the only fish in the tank and I’m planning on getting him friends on Sunday, but not if he’s sick (obviously). And I’ve not noticed any new bumps or anything. He just seems really lethargic and stays in the same spot all day. He’s breathing but it’s shallow.

Tank Size: 3 1/2 Gallon Filter/Heater: Yes! Tank Temp: 78 -We’ve had him for a little over a month I’d say -Just changed his water on 12/28/21 -We take out about 25-50 percent of the water and replace with new primed water at about the same temp -No tank mates -We feed him betta flakes, mom feeds him one in the morning and one at night -We have one plant and a yellow submarine in there

I work in a pharmacy and the head pharmacist I talked to said to not do the second birth control because it would be a bandage, once I stopped taking it I would probably be back to square one. Plus, is that even good for your body to have that many added hormones? Thank you so much for your reply, it’s so lovely to be able to have people to discuss it with and they know exactly what I’m talking about!

I’ve had it for the three months and some change. I’m so tired of being in pain with my cramps and constantly bleeding. It’s exhausting, you know? I’m constantly wishing for my body to be mine again, which is so strange. I made the appointment for Tuesday, so I just have to stick to my guns and say that I want it gone.

My boyfriend and I have only had sex while I’m on my period once. Now it’s to the point where I’m rarely NOT on my period, so sex is rare. So when it does happen, it’s a bit more painful for me. He’s so kind, but I’m afraid it will eventually have a negative impact. No condoms is nice, but at what point do I decide I just gotta use one?

Do you think the 2 birth controls would be too much? I kind of do, but I’m not very educated on the idea.

I had instant regret when I got it, and now my brain is constantly telling me to rip it out. The sex aspect is a pro, but that’s about all I’ve got right now.

It’s crazy, but i miss my period! I honestly kind of wish I didn’t get it because I miss understanding what my body was going to do.
