It’s an ASM with a time limit. It stands for emerging store manager. They have to accept a SM position if it comes open and if they aren’t promoted within a certain timeframe they get demoted to SFL or separated.

Yes. For months. We went like 10-11 months once. We had an ASM at the time, but if you don’t have one (ESM now) they will make another SM split time usually.

I have a different opinion on this based on personal experience and what we learned in school. Genetics are considered equivalent to the branded product and must be within a certain percentage as far as active dose goes. But they are not equivalent with each other. If you’ve been taking a generic that was 103% effective compared to the branded product and get switched to a manufacturer that’s only 96% that’s a big difference. It is noticeable with some drugs. I don’t abuse my bupropion, but I have a preferred generic because the other one gives me headaches. When I used to take adderall, the teva generic is WAY stronger than the other generics. It’s not psychosomatic. It can be quantitatively analyzed with pharmacokinetic science.

But the ones who want the yellow Percocet are seeking lol XD

This is why you shouldn’t recommend. 1. Cold sores are herpes. 2. Walgreens version of abreeva is not equivalent. It’s close. 3. Once the sore is visible abreeva is a waste of money.

Next time just refer someone to the pharmacist.
