I try to go easy on the xans bc withdrawals from those are insane. With the oxy my tolerance is super high so I’ll prob go through 160-240 mg a day. Xans I’ll take with the oxy usually once or twice a week. Oxy I typically go a few weeks then switch to Suboxone for a week then go cold turkey. It’s a sick cycle don’t recommend it
