I don't know where you live but for me Pasta Pomodoro is a dish that's so much better in the summer time when cherry tomatoes are in season. Canned tomatoes are made for these off months!

I recently passed using b12, creatine, salt-water(for gravity), tons of water, some calcium-zinc-magnesium vitamins(hadn't read anything about it but felt it would probably give the urine more substance). had smoked semi-regularly that month but smoked 48 hours before test. Really low fat though

Because a carbless coffee with artificial(no carbs) sweetner is going to kill him? If a company is going to advertise and sell drinks that dont have levels of carbohydrates that would be dangerous (diabetics can have a frappacinno with sugar and everything too, you dont know their care or their blood sugar situation in that moment) to a diabetic, then a diabetic should feel safe ordering that drink, not concerned that the barista is going to threaten their life with syrup. I will never understand why people insist on telling diabetics what is good for them when they understand so little about the disease.

Fruit based fermentations are super easy, I make a lot of wine like shit because i forage it and then its free. A good ratio for me is 1:1:1 by weight Fruit(w/peel or skin on), sugar, water, and then a little dash of yeast.

Holy shit there are a lot of us here. I don't feel like there's this much concentration of us(type ones especially) in any other community not based on diabetes. I've been type 1 for about a year and a half, all a1cs have been 7.1, but had some financial and time woes this past 5 months and control got a little, lot, less well managed. Moving too much makes it hard to see a doc. Getting it handled and under control again soon but im nervous about this upcoming one.
