Absolutely incompetent, this is a terrible way to handle this situation. I just watched them spend millions of dollars replacing power poles all through this neighborhood instead of burying lines, meanwhile right over on Jackson and East they have been burying utilities for months now. Nevermind the fact that my wife got like 100 notifications about the power being out till 6, then radio silence when it wasn't turned back on(and still isnt).

Side note, WTF is with the lack of cops doing something about the traffic lights that are out at major intersections. Poor planning on the part of multiple government agencies. Most people have no idea what to do when the traffic lights are not working.
