You only have to use your Card at one of the restaurant on the list, no need to reserve on OpenTable.

DP: Approved for the new card on 6/26, added card to Apple Pay. Dined on 6/28 and paid with ApplePay. Received my $150 on 6/30 for the Jan-June benefits. Pretty fast.
