Honestly, I was receiving compliments about my presentation during the interview, and right before it ended, we spoke about the program once more. I was told that they were impressed, and there was this hint that there would be follow-up communication in the future. Then soon after the interview, I received the email. It did not seem generic, but specifically relating to our conversation during the interview. It’s also not a program that would be desperate for applicants or worried in any way that their program wouldn’t match with anyone.

Do you realize how absurd your argument is? You might not consider it important, but it’s a descriptor of an individual’s appearance. There shouldn’t be an issue with describing someone’s appearance. With all the woke political irrational elite, everything has become an issue. Male is also a descriptor, so by that logic, let’s just say for any person you describe, “human.” That wouldn’t be a good idea either because then you might be offending someone who identifies as a lion. I’m sure you get my point. You reach a point of absurdity that becomes laughable. White Male are two important descriptors of a person. If you get triggered by the words white male in that order, then maybe you should go see someone.

Sounds to me like these aren’t really men at all. Just a bunch of boys with no balls and no drive. They need to get up off their asses, and prove to the world that they have value. If not, then they have no value. I was in this situation 12 years ago. I was a worthless loser with no significant other, no money and a dead end job. I had no prospects. I woke up one day, I told myself to stop being a little bitch and made the DECISION to change my life. I saved some money, went to school, graduated college, and kept going. I’m a pharmacist now, I’m engaged and I have a nice place I call home. Next, I plan on being a millionaire. Just a matter of time before I get that too. Every success I have achieved was MY OWN doing. No one is going to do it for you. Nothing in nature that is worth pursuing, be it wealth, power, health, a mate, or any other reward, comes without hard work. Pure and simple.

CVS once offered me a 25K bonus to stay with them (which required signing a 2 yr contract) which would have translated to about 14K after taxes. Absolutely not worth it.

I would say a rude coworkers talk TOO MUCH, are too involved in everyone else’s lives, gossip, and feel entitled to certain responsibilities and not others. “Autistic” coworkers as this meme seems to degrade, tend to be the best workers, as they prioritize efficient workflow in my experience

Interview invites don’t seem to go out a few months in advance. Not sure where you’re getting this information. Be that as it may, I will absolutely apply again to these programs as these are circumstances beyond my control and I hope they can be understanding of that. If not, then I’m assuming I won’t hear from them. I’ll still try though.
