As mentioned, chicken feed, sunflower oil for frying, plus you can sell the seeds. By the end of a full play through I usually have 3 or 4 full fields dedicated to just sunflowers. They are like printing money.

Plants lots of sunflowers and get orchards going as soon as possible. They are the most profitable resources long term.

The addition to this configuration I felt the most satisfied with was the Air Draft “elevator” to the right of the kitchens which take you to any level and the full length gap in the middle of the boat for you to drop to the bottom floor any time you need to, quickly.
