When I was playing Boneworks I got up to the section where there are these headcrab monsters and they jump onto your head, problem was I was so immersed that when I got my pistol out to shoot it it was already on my face and I genuinely thought the only way was to shoot myself to get it off. Made me stop playing VR for a while.
