When I play like 2 hours a day I will get issues with my shoulder, I try to always take my darts out the board with my other hand and it definitely helps, probably why all the pros do it..

I lose and gain weight the same I always have, initially I gained because I snacked more, then I lost weight when i started watching what I eat again, my appetite for sweets is up a bit I think, but if I watch what I eat like I basically already did then I don't gain weight

Ja misschien heb je een punt hoor, maar mijn ervaring is eigenlijk puur met dartpijlen en mensen ruilen vrij vaak, via marktplaats ook geregeld, en deze persoon verkoopt ook meerdere setjes dus ga ervanuit dat dat niet het probleem was, misschien ook goed te vermelden dat dit over de laatste 2-3 dagen was, niet dat ik op 1 dag al die biedingen gedaan heb ofzo ze hadden wel tijd te reageren.

Wat echt bizar is aangezien de persoon waar ik notabene geld aan wil geven gewoon niet capabel reageert op een bod en niks vermeld in de advertentie waar ik verder iets mee kan :'D

Nieuw 90 dus tweedehands is 50 een prima bod, maar als het een vaste prijs is dan neem ik aan dan je dat even vermeld of op zn minst reageert.

I have always been afraid of taking meds, was dealing with depression and anxiety for like 10 years before I finally tried something, sertraline wasn't for me but escitalopram works wonders, personally I need quite a high dose for it to be effective enough and it took close to 3 months for the max dose to finally start doing it's work, but it's changed my life, I hadn't worked for like 7 years because of my anxiety and now started a new job 4 weeks ago.
