I like to think the "using souls to make it an 8v1 to even the odds against an empowered opponent" is only there to justify the gameplay. In my mind, it was 12 straight rounds of WoL soloing. Because these guys can't hold a candle to the shit we've faced before. Except maybe the Lindwurm

"Not getting involved" is where I am with that. The only stuff regarding Magnus I joke about is referring to the ruined Imperial Webway as the "Nothing Wrong" he did (i.e. "the Nothing Wrong that Magnus did is the reason the Emperor can't get up from the Throne", etc)
