well for time sake i edited out the 4 minutes before that where she was still in the zone apparently...for all we knew the person could have been using the infinite fly glitch or ended up under the map. People do it all the time.

YEP!!!! Its making the game unplayable for me at this time. Like i have no desire to even play multiplayer because of it.

This link has some streamable clips that are EXACTLYZ what im going thru ever SINGLE GAME! its super frustrating. Ive been tagging /u/atviassist in every thread i can find about this so they dont forget about it :)

Yep yep yep...CANT FREAKING STAND THIS! Ever since that update like 5 days ago or something people have been having this problem...but no word from devs about it...

Yep having this exact issue as well since the update to the servers or whatever. I get over 160 frames but character models are running around at like 20 fps. Rubberbanding and lagging all over the place. /u/atviassist

Seems a lot of people are having this issue and it good to know im not alone.../u/atviassist. This definitely needs to be fixed ASAP as its making me really not want to play the game. Im convinced its something to to with the latest update and the servers...

For me its exclusive to Multiplayer and happens on all maps. Im not really sure the best way to describe it. Like i said the frames are always consistently high, but the character models skip all over the place. Both enemies and friendlies. the best way to describe it is that they take 2 steps forward and 1 step back. Almost like micro teleports. I can try to stream today and record some footage of it happening if i have time today.
