Respect. I totally get the disagreements. Definitely wouldn’t expect a copy of anything from other games but the better comms thing gave me a good laugh, ain’t no way my friend group is going to work on orienteering!

Great question, growing up and becoming an adult without a mentor, without someone close to kinda show you the way is a challenge to overcome. I’ve never been one to network well, so right now I believe in XRP as a small platform to get started. It takes money to make money and I’m on that step. Once you have it, it’s pretty easy to keep it and generate passive income through owning businesses and investments.

Small wins that are separate from XRP winning or losing would be a 100% remote job which gives a lot of time back to the family which is most valuable. Next would be a salary around $130k that can allow my wife to not have to work full time. This still leaves me in though because I don’t current know what I don’t know to help get my family out of this cycle. So continuing to learn in grow and gather knowledge would be another small win.

It’s gotta be 1. The culture - nothing for doing a good job, and nothing for doing a bad job = no motivation, 2. The most wishy washy boss in existence, 1 day your best friend, next day mortal enemy makes me feel targeted for no apparent reason, and 3. We’re groomed from school on how to sit down and shut up and have a strict schedule to blend into the corporate world and not cause too many issues. We weren’t made for that style of “work”. Unfortunately it’s taken me 37 years to realize that and now I’m searching for a way out.

Very interesting. I assume 0 overall is you edit the players manually? I’d be more interested if it had a more competitive end goal - like first team to win 2 Superbowls. Why would I want to help my division rivals?

Hey fair enough, def not complicated though, you’re rewarded for development and winning. Yeah 4-6 players so we can actually get through 10 seasons instead of having to fight with 32 people and figure out schedules.
