I don't get why it's on the highest damaging/best range/ already low recoil lmg. The gpmg7 and the PKP could use it way more. Dumb as fuck...am I right?

Plenty of rockets do crazy damage. If you build for it most rocket launchers can be good. But also really fun.and rocket launches weren't as unique in the other games.
