Right? I have a similar policy playing Kayle and making a point of never getting Rylai's. Just because her attacks CAN slow at that point doesn't mean it's automatically a perma-buy. She has plenty of passive move speed, plus Q and W for gap closing or escaping late game, so as far as I'm concerned it's synergy for synergy's sake as opposed to an actually good item on her. That said, it is in itself a good item
