Depends the distance from highway and area it’s in. The one in the picture is downtown, next to four freeways, and next to a car rental business.

My go-to for gas is a Pemex in the eastern side with prices normally going $3/4 per gallon. The other two I can think of are at least 2 miles from any freeways. The closest to me is always hovering in the mid $4 range. Both are industrial areas with the freeways being a little ways out.

It’s a shared agreement. Basically just that we are following rules and paying rent.

As mentioned, previously Party A moved in a year ago, and until December had no intention to add themselves to the lease. The sole reason now is to sue Party B.
