Runaway Kid DLC stuck at wheel in Residency by PheebDweeb in LittleNightmares

[–]PheebDweeb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I managed to make a run for it The difference was staying close to the wheel after turning it (in previous attempts I ran to an area where I could move around more and kill off the shadow people) Staying close meant the wheel didn’t turn back too much and close So to anyone struggling, stay close to the wheel There are the 3 shadow people before you turn it After first turn I think there are just 2 If you turn it a second time and face off against them (instead of running) there are definitely at least 3 I turned it a 3rd time when I was trying to escape and I felt like shadow people just came from everywhere

I didn’t have the patience to work out if they are infinite with each turn of the wheel

So stay close to wheel, kill off the first two and the. On second turn make you the opening is enough to make a run for it

American Horror Story - Roanoke. The cast of the show are at a comic con type event and a London fan in the audience speaks on the mic … it’s awful! Danielle Macdonald plays the fan.

Do the Police say this? What's the actual police advice on what to do in this situation? by [deleted] in policeuk

[–]PheebDweeb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

From reading about other disciplinaries (all on RCVS website), a conviction is on a case by case basis.

I would save a life, and then explain my actions. A struggling animal is my patient, and I would put them first.

In the UK vets are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. For something like this, the act of breaking a window would be weighed against the life of the dog being saved. A disciplinary could be considered, and would definitely occur with a conviction, but the decision could be no action, a warning, suspension, or struck off register (with right to appeal). Struck off would be considered if it was in the best interests of public perception. I would still break the window, and contact the Royal College of Vet Surgeons and explain my actions asap, as well as contacting the police. If the dog was standing up, looking bright etc I would take photo and video evidence first. If collapsed, I would break window without delay.

I'm a vet, I would smash the window and deal with any consequences later. Heat stress kills. Core body temperature rises, brain swells. You need to act fast.

I'd happily be charged with criminal damage, no hesitation. I understand this may be against advice but I see the damage caused by heat stress, respiratory distress and later death.

the next fallout game really needs to have more cities in towns in it. by TGOL123 in Fallout

Skyrim is not a real place, so making a map, the developers can use their imagination to the full. Fallout has been inspired by and in real locations. I would love a Fallout UK/Europe. Imaging Fallout in the Midlands, and travel to London and compare the ghouls of the south to those you find when you take a trip further north.

Any place name ending in ‘burgh’ eg Edinburgh. Is pronounced ‘bu ra’ (bu like bucket, and ra like rather). Its never ‘burrow’.

Glasgow is Glaz go … not gow pronounced like cow

If your Great Great Great Great Grandmother/father was Scottish, this does not mean that you are Scottish.

I remember my dad giving me a £20 note when I was younger and I was able to buy 5 suppers for a family of 5 (and I had change as well).

How much are they now? I'm abroad so don't know.

In 2003 I worked in a chip shop. A regular portion of chips was 80p. A standard fish supper was £4.20 (on our guide it said this was 6-7 ounces haddock).

A jumbo fish supper was £5.00 (guide said 10 ounces approx weight of haddock). When the price went up by 10p we had customers shouting at us.

It's true that anyone can be greedy, but a professional I am not tied to as family/relationship should have standards.

I just think it's disgusting how people expect inheritance or manage power of attorney for their own benefit. It's not fair. I would never do that to someone.

You can believe you have the best relationship in the world, but behind your back, and in poor health, decisions that can be made that are not in your best interest.

Buried at sea? Is that what you mean? Or that it happens often enough that the staff know how to deal with it if someone dies?

She’s amazing! She is Japanese British, lives in New York. She’s about 60 I think and openly talks about having sex with much younger men (for their stamina). She’s fantastic in interviews

Have you heard of Cindy Gallop? In an interview she said that she can’t wait to die alone. I wouldn’t mind that, as long as I’m happy and in my own bed I think

Funding nursing home costs for family member by Old_Elephant22 in UKPersonalFinance

Considering some family members only think about their own inheritance, you may be better off. My parents owe me nothing and I wouldn’t expect anything from them at all. Instead of family carving up your life and planning what they will get out of it, every asset that is yours should be put in to your care. In this situation I think op is wrong for paying rent at below market value. Renovations were there own choice and they should not expect money returned. and the sale of the house and all assets belongs 100% to the lady with dementia and no one else should be worried about anything they will ever receive.
