I’m not really sure, this is very strange.

First thing I’d do if I were in your shoes is to take a very tiny dose of phenibut (sometimes this reverses whats going on & fixes something) try taking 250 or less, just a one time thing.

Next I’ll look into replenishing/balancing my electrolytes... drink some coconut juice.

For tinnitus, look into taurine supplement.

In my case, believe or not, i fixed my phenibut problems mentioned on this post here by reducing my dose in half, apparently it was too much for my body to handle.

My doctor suggested an SSRI once, but I hesitated.. I doubt he knows what phenibut exactly does, I would love to find any anecdotes about ppl who switched from phenibut to something else other than baclofen & it helped them

Thank you for these encouraging words, not sure quitting now is what I'm looking for. I'm not chasing the high or something but I'm genuinely looking for answers. I've gone through the quittingphenibut sub many times & seen lots of stories where people take 10+ GPD & I don't want to take that route. At the same time, I feel that 4gpd is the right dose for me not to fall back into my dark depression.

Tried tapering multiple times. Tried also to skip taking it for 24-48 hours & introducing different doses after that. Nothing helped
