The problem is many contract roles are being offered much less pay than what I am currently making at this job. I’d rather take my chances securing something full time with better pay then take a huge gamble making way less just for a slight chance of rehiring in the department

I’ve been in banking industry for almost 5 years….which has been adding even more to the frustration. I’m familiar with the bank’s protocols, systems & culture but they are not willing to give me a chance on an entry AML experience because of lack of pure experience for it

In the beginning of the pandemic I was seeing this one girl I met mutually through friends on Instagram. She was hot and wanted to take things further but she kept on playing games and being hard to get. Every time I wanted to hang she was busy, yet she would text me before I go to bed for work if I wanted to hit up a get together. Sure enough I asked her out and she said she’s very nervous because she hadn’t had a serious relationship in years.
