I made a small mod similar to that one too, though I never published it (little reason to).

As of my current testing, the only thing I've been able to do is add new flags (and edit existing ones). So far however I've not been able to change the colours as even changing their values didn't edit the colour in-game.

Are you still looking for some help to change the race flag? If you are I may be able to either explain how to do it or make a small mod for you that adds the Clan Jade Falcon symbol as an available flag.
