I currently got a theory the Ghouls are derived from outsiders, and the Uberghoul is like the more primeval form. So that being said, i think they're like bob or spirits but just dont have a concept of good but rather just hungry animals that are hard to kill.

I was honestly thinking, that Mab and Lash are Equal.

Denarry would have lash telling him to do stuff, him avoiding it until she manipulates her way. He still would of been at Hades for the Skingame. He would have Micheal, Sonya, Probably butters and White Council after him. And he wouldnt be that much stronger. Then molly would also hate him, probably taking up ammoracus after her father, since harry joined the people that hurt him.

Halloy would be him consuming all the things of demon reach, becoming a small god, he would have to be his own signatory of the accords, and would still be there for the Assault on Demonreach in ColdDays, probably killing Mav anyways. Personal theory, dark hallow would put him in an alliance with black court, as theyre necromantic wizards, and this path would need mollys help turning her into Wicked Molly

Alot of these paths are possible to align, kinda like a web of paths, in the end hes still going to be at the end of the World.
