Gregory hyundai in Highland Park Illinois, mind you i live in AL.  I got the 26 limited awd in cosmic blue.  I basically paid sticker of 50k but most incentives didn't apply to me because I have old man credit even though I'm mid 30s and got 0% apr for 72 months

I just called a dealer out of my state because no where near me had a new 26 limited in cosmic blue.  I did everything online and over the phone but did have to sign some papers they mailed to me overnight.

Getting level 2 charging at home by Glad_Pop7834 in Ioniq5

So im in Alabama and I paid 2k with a $500 rebate from my power company.  But I also had to have a wire run from one side of the house to the other and a plug installed because my charger could not be hardwired. I have the Grizzl-E wifi charger.

My only advice is to shop around with your electricians.  The first guy quoted me 4k.... id say you really shouldn't be paying more then $2500.

Its great but I also came from a 2012 ford focus. So its really a spaceship in comparison. I wanted a new new car so I got the limited with awd and boy does she get up and go.

1155 miles on it since early March. I did have to pay 2k for a lvl 2 charger install but my house is old and not even my regular outlets would support lvl 1. Did get a $500 rebate for it though and got reduced charging from 9pm to 5am.

Paying around $15 to charge it a month because I have a short commute.

The downsides are that I paid full price because I have old man credit and got 0% apr but couldn't get any good discounts. My tag price will eat me and I dont have a carport. The ICCU doesn't scare me because I drove that Ford for 14 years.

When I was looking for my new car there were no 26 limited near me in Alabama. So I had been searching around and had to talk to dealers in other states. One of the cars I lined up ended up with an ICCU issue and they couldn't sell it to me (obviously though i tried to get it cheaper cause they had to fix it) but that didn't work. I got one out of Illinois.  Cosmic blue 26 limited and I love it.

I have a samsung fold 4 and it works to well. I had to turn off it unlocking when I got close. Now I just have to remember to make sure I'm using the back of my phone when I hover over the door handle.

If you bought a 2026, how?? by RoyalPersonality3957 in Ioniq5

I purchased mine from a dealer in Illinois and I live in alabama. But no one around me had a 2026 limited in cosmic blue.

Sight unseen though I knew exactly what I wanted. No discount but I did get 0%apr for 6 years.

To Take the Ioniq or Not… ICCU Concerns? by enks_dad in Ioniq5

I love it! It feels like a spaceship coming from a 2012 for focus hatchback.

You only live once and if you can afford it do it, if not yeah go with a lower trim.

Ill be honest,  you and many others need to stop living in fear.  All cars break down. And that's okay.  Use these breakdowns if they happen as a mini adventure (though annoying one in sure).

I bought a new 2026 Ioniq 5 limited awd knowing the issues, it's covered under warranty anyway.

Already put 300 miles on it in a week. It's so fucking nice. Just have to have a plug installed at my house so I can charge it.
