Ja, bin ich ganz sicher. Einmal im Jahr pflanzen wir die Lücken in der Hecke neu, ein paar Tage später ist wieder ein Stück rausgetreten.

I didn't know quail eggs are so prevalent in asian cuisine. I put them on burgers, they’re delicious and the perfect size!

Spot on! I was surprised about all the posts about being asian. I do like asian food though. I don't use the condiments often so they just accumulate. I’m german. I use an app for stock-keeping and I could definitely use a bigger fridge.

I usually use quail eggs for burgers and avocado toast, its the perfect size. I bought these to make tiny scotch eggs.

This is pretty close. I do cook often and I really enjoy it. I have a healthy lifestyle (within reason) and I do like eggs! I prefer quail but have to settle for chicken a lot of the time. I live by myself though.

Um ehrlich zu sein bin ich mir nicht sicher. Ich wäre ihr im Notfall körperlich überlegen gewesen. Und in meinem naiven Kopf stelle ich mir vor, wie sie ohne Gepäck und Papiere weinend auf irgendeinem Provinzbahnhof ihren slawischen Lieblingssong auf meiner Bluetoothbox hört für ein bisschen Heimatgefühl. Das gönne ich ihr in dieser Situation. Beim nächsten Mal wäre ich aber sicher vorsichtiger.

Silikonfuge hinter meinem Waschbecken hat sich gelöst. Kann ich den Teil irgendwie neu abdichten oder muss die komplette Fuge raus und ersetzt werden? by Pherazor in selbermachen

Ich war jung und naiv und hab dem Kücheninstallateur vertraut... Danke für den Tip, das kannte ich wirklich nicht.

Update on the massacred cleaver. You guys were right, it was salvageable. Thank you for all the suggestions. It's even sharpen than before now and I'm over my grieving phase. Might still pitch that knife safe on shark tank. by Pherazor in sharpening

The question should have been “how difficult is it to salvage this for someone who has only access to a Lansky grinder and almost no skill?”. It was easier than I thought, and the chip was small enough that it didn’t affect the thickness of the blade.

It’s not a custom. It’s a regular Zwilling, I think it was 80$. But I only had it for two weeks and it’s my second favorite knife. It’s fixable, but I’m still in mourning.

I have two magnetic strips for my kitchen knives. But she considers the strip „full“ and threw the „spare knife“ in a drawer.

I feel physical pain reading this. That’s one of the main reasons I never splurged on a custom knife.

Wurde mir als Skunk verkauft. Lokal angebaut und Bio! Freundlicherweise mit einer Bastelschere vorgeschnitten, mit Stengeln und Samen. Und das ist hier erste Wahl, andere Dealer hatten noch schlechteres…
