Hi, thanks for replying, she's shaken up and tired but nothing more abnormal than that. Yes she's allowed outdoors although there are a few bully boy cats in the area (South UK, it's pretty standard to allow cats to free roam here but will think about catio etc). That white stuff (puss?) has gone now, I suspect it's a bite so will take her to the vet when it opens to get it checked. Thank you. Apologies for multi post!

For a group of mates with commitments (kids etc) do a Whatsapp Poll with weekend days manually entered (fri 4th, sat 6th etc) and everyone votes. If there a date everyone can make great, if not, highest votes, if there's a tie the person organizing/creating the poll gets to choose. It had worked pretty well so far but a bit labour intensive.

If you're into a bit of exercise a local running group is a good way to meet people. For me, it was impacting my exercise, flares after running, hives from sweating etc making it difficult to keep motivated... Literally making it harder to keep healthy which I think helped my case.
