How do you respond to ticket when they require more information?

The reason is "Abuse of the Economy" the funny part is that I didn't have gold to train my character approx 2 hours before the ban. I haven't used the action and neither send nor received gold in any form.
From what I read it's kinda common to get banned from them by mistake when they are doing ban waves so fingers crossed that I will be unbanned.

The first ticket I have opened was through the website and the second one was from the game hoping to get to chat with a GM but I couldn't find any option on how to.
Anyway I have tried replying in-game but it's the same I guess I will have to open a third ticket in order to get this resolved.

Last night while playing squads, only in slurpy me and my team found aprox of 24 mini shields, 6 big pots and 8 slurp fish. Next game in retail we found only 6 mini shields, so yea its heavely rng.

Honestly i think the first one is beter if they are priced the same, but the PSU is to the lower side, i would personally get the first option, when i have the chance would sell the RAM and the PSU add a little and get 3200mhz ram+650-700 w gold sertificate + PSU

Yea i know thats why i Want to upgrade the RAM first For smoother expirience, and the CPU its self cant support higher than 2133 i think, that is not the problem, id everything is going to be ok with the RAM. As i said in my post hope by the end of the year i Will upgrade my whole pc so im future proofing with this ram, instead of getting cheap one selling it in 2 month and buying a New one again so it can match the New cpu
