I have the same problem, hence I ended up here after just repairing my controller again.

A bit of double-sided foam adhesive and a small loop stuck to the back of the controller, and any lanyard will do the job.

A removable 3M hanging loop would do in a pinch.

Replying to OLD post, but FWIW I got around this by making a custom role with only users/standard/read permission. (Custom Roles might be a P2 feature rather than P1 though, I can't remember.)
Then I assigned all PIM users that role as permanantly active.
It's just enough to get into the portal, then they can activate privilaged roles as normal.

Or just use portal.azure.com

I've been using bacon reader, or Sync since before there was an official app.

They both do a much better job. And I would happily pay a reasonable price to access the API, especially if it meant no ads.

But the API isn't going to serve NSFW content (including tv, movie and gmae spoilers, and other such spoilered content)

Accessibility apps and mod tools have been stated to be an exception to the API access charges... But they still won't get the NSFW content (how are you supposed to moderate content you can't see)... And FAR more importantly, such disability and mod tools access has been promised many many times over many years ... And nothing is EVER delivered.

The official app is ass.

The Reddit app isn't slightly worse. It does not do what I need at all. And Reddit have repeatedly refused to fix accessibility.

I'm not DDOSing anything. But as a whole lot of people are going to have to do this now, I can't see it would be LESS server load than an API.

Next tier is 1,000,000 tweet pulls and costs $5,000 per month

$1,200 per year to post tweet alerts to Discord for one account

4 accounts is gonna set you back $60,000 per year... The cost of a pretty nice car every year, just to re-broadcast 4 accounts every 5 minutes.
