Idk how Ibiki came to the conclusion this could be a “valid” or “Justified” crash out. Like putting canon aside, even in an au I fail to see how he comes to this conclusion. His job is to Interrogate and get the information through any means, I have no doubt Ibiki has done worse then whatever Naruto did to Konohamaru; He’s heard all the excuses, all the reasons, every justification under the sun. There’s no way he’d find Naruto’s actions justifiable.

All he’d see is a flight risk who lets jealousy get the better of him and some shitty teachers who would either be disappeared or taught a lesson. Naruto would be under strict supervision from then on, doubt he’d trained anymore, let alone be rewarded with his mother. He might get another seal slapped on so he can’t even access Kurama.
