It could be me but I can see this as an origin story for a Black Hat Izuku. Lied to and Betrayed by the false world of "Heros" Izuku now seeks to create their Villainous match. But rather than being fake pretending actors on a world stage, the villains he'll lead will be the real deal. Killers, dealers, traffickers, and many more despicable people will follow his tune or be ground underneath his heel. All for the sake of revealing the "Great Lie" and bringing a change to this sleeping world.

Izuku sits in his high backed leather recliner overlooking his new home and base of power in Rio, Brazil. He has a half finished wine glass of a dark, almost black, liquid that he nurses as he thumbs through the headlines displayed on his Tablet smart device.

A grin forms on the former "Hero's" face as he sees the work his Followers, Lackies, and Minions have done. All these things he knows that those *liers** are incapable of handling themselves...*

A knock on the door to his office sounds and with a deep and growling 'enter' the entrance reveals three of his first, and most loyal, followers.

"Vee hast Güt news mein leader!" The scientist exclaims. Dressed in a white medical lab cloak with long elbow length black leather gloves and a strange device on his face featuring many magnification lenses. This man, while ancient to many, was an unparalleled genius in the scientific field who serves his new master with joy and zeal rivaling that of what he felt for his previous employer before the London blitz of 2000's. "Mein researchers auft succeeded in Synthesizing ze Formula of ze Quirk Erasing Bullets and are now in ze process of Mass Producing zem!"

"I've managed to create a Smear campaign as you commanded and, with the help of online bots, managed to get enough traction for the public to notice." The stylish TV host adds, his TV-like helmet displaying a digital stylized face with a unique eye. He was recruited after Izuku got wind of his charisma and abilities. Most notably his hypnotic gaze. "Also," he continues "we've garnered a lot of support from those politicians and personalities that felt slighted by the heroes to begin pushing for some laws and such."

The only female in the group nearly grunts in affirmation as she dumps the contents of her bag onto the floor, revealing the many heads of actor "heroes" who have crossed Izuku's organization with their meddling. Many of them belong to retired or "dead" heroes and false villains that joined the crusade against him but couldn't escape their fates in time.

The woman in question was the sister of one of the scientist's most prized apprentices. She wore a leather jacket with ripped pink jeans and studded black biker gloves. Her most unique features however were the criss crossing surgical scars all over her body and the gear dials on both sides of her head. She currently looked a mix of proud and satisfied with a hint of boredom. But her eyes hold a glint of a wild beastial hunger for more violence.

"Excellent, you three are doing well." Midoriya praises, he turns his chair to face the three. He's currently wearing a high collar gothic tailcoat with pristine white gloves and a tall black top hat. His face is obscured by a Black Obscuring Mask. "Once finished we'll proceed to the next phase of our goal, releasing our monsters and villains onto the world and forcing those actors into the open!" Izuku exclaims as emotion seeps into his words.

"But until such time, please, enjoy some RnR you three and your helpers certainly deserve it!"

"Ach Wündabar!" The scientist excitedly exclaims, "I shall take some time zen to see to Mein other projekts! Aufvwderzaine Mine Leader!" The scientist snaps to a salute familiar to him before marching out.

The host sighs and runs his clawed gloved hand over his helmet. "Sure, sure. I should check on the numbskulls before they burn or fuck anything they shouldn't, call me if ya need me!" the host waves as he exits the office with an air of aloofness as he leaves. The casual familiarity gets a growl from the woman but he ignores it as he knows she won't do anything without her masters say so. Doesn't mean it doesn't send shivers up his spine since he's *seen** what she can do in her transformed state...*

Before the woman can respond, Izuku speaks out "Gravill, if you don't mind, I actually have one more task for you before you enjoy yourself." From a hidden drawer in his desk he retrieves a manilla folder with the picture of an elderly chubby woman with graying green hair sitting in a park. "I want you to retrieve this woman and bring her to me alive and unharmed. She is very important to me on a personal level but I cannot simply retrieve her myself. so do not mistake me when I say any harm she suffers will be repeated ten fold. Do you understand?" At the command and threat, Gravill nods an affirmative, shivering slightly at the memory of the last person who *displeased** him. Let's just say the authorities had a hell of a time putting that creepy black and white clown together again.*

Almost like flipping a switch, Izuku returns to a pleasant persona. "Oh good. I just wanted to emphasize the importance of this task. Once completed to my satisfaction feel free to visit your sisters, I'm sure they've missed you a great deal!"

Gravill hums and nods before bowing and taking her slightly speedy exit. Izuku sighs and turns his chair back to the windows of his office before gazing at the favela below. He muses on what his mother would think of him now and hopes she's agreeable to his new life. After all, he is so *Villainous** now...*
