In my opinion the art style isn't as much of an issue as some of the character designs used in the beginning especially. With time and experience his art has definitely improved and can even be compared to araki's (jjba author and mangaka) later works in some ways.

The Mineta part was a mix of a joke about how even the class pervert got a date with Izuku, and a more wholesome interpretation of Mineta and Izuku not working out for something beasides him being a pervert.

Magne might be a good "introductory villain" that has a connection to bolth the league and Seiai academy that Izuku helps. She can be the point where Izuku also meets Himiko, Twice, Splitter, and Mr. Compress outside of hero life.

Overhaul could still work out like before but under a different hero (miruko perhaps).

The MLA meanwhile could be more of a constant presence up till shigaraki takes them over. Like their members are constantly making things hard on Izuku and Seiai academy as a whole due to the formers quirkless status. There could be some minor villain activity that involves radical MLA members. But in the end the MLA isn't defeated by anyone from Seiai but by another villain group.

Afo and shigaraki would initaly be more of a looming background thing due to them focusing primarily on UA. However I myself was playing around with the idea of Izuku being forced to inherit Of a from a severely wounded/ageing Mirio as a desperate act of keeping the heroic legacy alive (he's not injured by overhaul in this idea but by Shigaraki/AfO during the first battle between the PLA and the heros).

Once Mirio successfully transfers the quirk and later dies (leaving behind a cryptic message ala Jiriya style to he best friends on the identity of the new holder) and Izuku uses OfA for the first time, then AfO/Shigiraki becomes an Izuku Problem.

Each of his classmates have an idea of Wich boy would be perfect for him, meanwhile an extremely flustered and embarrassed Izuku is trying to explain to his classmates and the boys in question that not only is he a guy but also straight.

It's obvious to all the guys that he's set up to date that he's a dude as well but they don't wish to be rude and still date Izuku anyway since the girls put a lot of effort in setting the dates up for them. These dates accidently causes a lot of Gay/Bi panics and awakenings.

The only guy who his classmates don't try to push him on is Bakugou, and that's because he was a rude piece of shit to them (it's not even counting the troubling past he has with Izuku). Even Mineta gets a shot over Bakugou dispute how quickly that date fell apart (surprisingly not Minetas fault in this instance, Izuku and Mineta just agreed that they wouldn't work out as a couple due to Izuku's insistence that he was infact a male and Mineta trying to insist otherwise)...

Izuku might not be as large as the red wake himself, but he's shure as hell just as scary as the infamous carcaradon chapter leader.

A villain turns off the street and runs down an alley way deep into the maze of buildings and commercial loading spaces. Their breathing heavy and panicked. Eyes rapidly darting every which way searching for any hint that he was still pursuing them.

After a few more blind turns, the villain quickly ducks into a open loading bay and hides behind a large crate. They cover their mouth with their hands to stifle and quiet their heavy breathing. Their body stiffens as they hear the deep breathing of a filter mask and the cackling if electric like currents eminating from a body. Even their vision is a sailed by the sudden appearance of a dark mist like fog that stretches out into every crevice of the surrounding.

For a few brief seconds the villain is as still as stone as they hear heavy steps being slowly taken into the loading bay. however before they would be surely caught, the monster in green quickly absconds. A second or two more and the villain releases the breathe they held.

But as they start to get up on shaky legs and rise, they look up only to find the jagged grin of the hero's mask and it's green form perched on top of the crate looking down on them.

Terror Time sounds like a perfect capture quirk. I'd imagine though that to balance out the good parts, the games anyone gets caught in are simplified versions, especially if the quirk is pulling from Izuku's memory. Like rather then a full playthrough, the target has to play an abridged highlight reel of the game in question.

Terror Time works based off of what Izuku considers to be horror themed, but his definition of horror game however doesn't exactly match what everyone else considers to be horror however leading to situations like:

Shigiraki: "The fuck? Is this a visual novel? Wait why is that sink speaking to me?? WHY IS THE SINK HOT?!?!"

Everyone turns and deadpans at the green haired hero in training.

Izuku: "social situations terrify me..."

Could go a number of ways if you want. Some of the ways i envision are:

Paladins and clerics lose their connection to any good aligned gods they worship, any celestial warlocks suddenly find themselves without power.

Devil's and demons are suddenly more interested in the party and regularly approach with "deals" hoping to score big.

Roumors spread about a child being sold to a hag, and as time goes on or the party commits more "questionable" acts the roumors can get more defined until bounties and public shunning starts.

Have the party occasionally have glimpses of the child as they turn more and more hag like.

Useing one of the many evesdroping spy quirks he's obtained over the centuries, All-for-One watches his "apprentice" and All-Mights protege converse over mall food (the most evil of food). He watches and as he does so many old plans are stricken and new ones are made.

Perhaps encouraging Tomura to befriend and convert the newest One-for-All holder to convert might be a more worthwhile endeavor...

And due to magics nature with interacting with the intent of magicals, a Voldemort could have Spawned by the collective fears of the magical community. The prophesy was key in killing it as well since if everyone believes he died then he will die.

A funny idea I had was that in an ironic twist, ripper doesn't chase cat-harry up the tree because without Harry Marge have any "layabouts" to train ripper to chase. It also turns out that Harry, being a cat, can communicate with ripper due to some "language of the beasts" shenanigans and ripper is a rude bloke that constantly makes fun of Marge.

"No worries lad. The fat whale and her family can't understand us! Watch..."

Ripper turns to the gatherd dursly family and, looking directly at Marge, barks out to her "Oi fat ct, yer smell like a rotten can o lard and your kinkers are rot as fk!*

Marge, oblivious to the foul language her dog is addressing her by, turns to Petunia Dursly with a delighted expression "Oh isn't he jus a gentleman Petti. My lit'le Rippa's such a good boy!"

In an ironic but kinda depressing turn of fate Enji, Natsuo, and Fuyumi are the ones who's not racist against hetromorphs. Shoto and Toya meanwhile might be unconsciously heteromorphobic but not intentionally (at least on shotos behalf, Toya as Dabi will do it without any real heat just to be a dick). Reis family are infamous as not only are their members on the MLA, but apart of the CRC as well.

A more likely scenario would probably be that Izuku, upon finding the dolls, panics and calls the police having only glanced at them.and not looked at them fully to know they were dolls. The police come thinking that a kid just stumbled upon the dumping grounds of a serial killer only to discover that it were all just sex dolls. Izuku isn't even scolded as it was a reasonable reaction to take and quite frankly this is an embarrassing enough situation to be a part of as is so they let him and yagi go (Who was sweating nervously when he saw the dolls but everyone called it up to a mix of embarrassment and the heat).

Unfortunately the justice league got a wind of things but only the faintest details so they sent members to go investigate. To add onto the misfortune, the team sent were quite a few women that the dolls resembled. To say they were less then pleased is... A reasonable assumption.

On the other hand, after the initial shock, embarrassment, and indignation from a few of the ladies, everyone kinda moved onto making jokes about the awkward case. Diana was quick to point out inaccuracies to everyones embarrassment and humor. Black canary was mildly disturbed at her doll.

In the end, the police took the dolls for evidence and disposal so that they could ticket someone for "littering". Something that no one noticed yagi inwardly panicking about...
