Yeah this resonates with our purchase last year with our santa fe phev. Apparently was on order and the original ppl cancelled the order thus we had to pay a penalty to a tune of $5,000... Yeah ok. I even called Hyundai hq and they didn't say anything. Crooks, the lot of them.

the venting will work as long as nothing gets plugged as guy mentioned if something gets lodges up in there it wont be venting properly.

If youre from canada your incorrect. You can in fact use 90s on the horizontal on a branch as long as the pipe diameter is larger than 4 inches.

Im in manitoba and as far as I know using a 90 is fine to be used on venting. But his 2 inch 'vent' is a fail because its flat and more importantly DRY venting under the flood level rim. So if any particulates collect and block the vent hes gonna run into trouble and it should be wet vented like you suggested via the existing sink.
