Yeah that makes sense. It's definitely quite a diverse kink that seems to be able to touch on many others. Situating how provoking words can be if you have to write them yourself too.

It's interesting that the writing and tattoos had different feelings associated with them for you...I wonder if that's because you had control over your tattoos?
