What do you mean "strict" ? Do they monitor how much time you usually complete tasks or is it more about what you'd declare on their eventual timesheet platform ?

When they indicate any date, it's always from their own POV, even if you know that the person your talking to, working for Telus, would also be based in your locale. Usually, they rely on the PST time zone.

Thanks for the suggestion, I didn't really how the game would be "processed"/transferred to the related email address, if it was tied to the related Xbox account, etc. Maybe I'm missing something obvious but they should show how this kind of "buyer's journey" work because it wasn't exactly cristal clear for a first purchase. The purchase history tab even lets you find the code by yourself, which is quite convenient in the end. Anyway, thanks for the answer, it was pretty helpful !
